in a bowl add flour and make three well .Add yeast, sugar and salt respectively, gently mix
Add warm milk, honey,beaten egg and butter
Knead to form slightly sticky dough. If its too difficult to handle only then add additional flour but the dough should be soft and slightly sticky
Knead dough for 3-4 minutes. Place dough in greased bowl. Turn the dough so that its well coated with oil
Cover and rest in warm place for 2 hours
Deflate dough gently, you can cover with cling wrap and refrigerate if you want to use it for next day
Divide dough into equal portions
Shape like golf ball and place it in greased baking dish leaving gap between them. sprinkle little sesame seeds on top if required
Cover with cling wrap and rest for 1 hour in warm place.
Bake for 22-25 minutes until tops are golden brown in preheated oven at 180
Mix honey and butter in a bowl. Brush the rolls with them
Serve warm with leftover honey butter mix
Refrigerate any leftovers. Store for 2-3 days. Always serve warm
