Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 1/2 pack maggi Noodles, boiled and drained

  • 1/2 cup curd

  • 2 tbsp. roasted chickpea flour

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp. turmeric powdered

  • 1/2 tsp. chili flakes

  • 1/2 tsp. coriander powder

  • 1/2 tsp. cumin powder

  • 1/2 tsp. crushed kasuri Methi

  • 1 tbsp. oil

  • 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds

  • 1/4 tsp. fenugreek seeds.

  • 1/4 tsp. asafoetida

  • 1 tsp. ginger-garlic paste

Directions

    Blend chickpea flour, curd and all dry spices.

  • 02

    Heat oil in a pan. Temper with cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds and asafoetida. Sauté for a few seconds and then add ginger-garlic paste. Sauté for a minute.

    Add the curd mix and bring to boil. Simmer till it thickens.
