Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cup flour


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp pepper


  • 1 cup water


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 cup paneer cubes


  • 1 cup onion cubes


  • 1 cup capsicum cubes


  • 3 tbsp shezwan sauce


  • 1 tbsp ginger paste


  • 6 cloves of minced garlic

Directions

  • Take flour ,salt ,pepper in a bowl
  • Take water and whisk make thin battar and keep aside for 10 min.
  • Be careful No lumps should be there
  • Heat oil in pan add ginger,garlic and saute
  • Add onion and capsicum
  • Cook till little soft
  • Don't over cook
  • Add shezwan sauce and salt
  • Toss and mix add paneer
  • Give a final mix and add coriander leaves
  • Add battar in a piping bag, make a very small cut
  • Heat pan and add oil and grease it
  • Now pipe battat in strips and then horizontal means make jali
  • Add mixture in side jali lengthwise and make a roll
  • Serve with chutney or sauce
