Take flour ,salt ,pepper in a bowl
Take water and whisk make thin battar and keep aside for 10 min.
Be careful No lumps should be there
Heat oil in pan add ginger,garlic and saute
Add onion and capsicum
Cook till little soft
Don't over cook
Add shezwan sauce and salt
Toss and mix add paneer
Give a final mix and add coriander leaves
Add battar in a piping bag, make a very small cut
Heat pan and add oil and grease it
Now pipe battat in strips and then horizontal means make jali
Add mixture in side jali lengthwise and make a roll
Serve with chutney or sauce
