Ingredients

Serves 10

  • 250 gm fresh paneer (cottage cheese)

  • 150 gm Powdered sugar

  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

  • 15-20 raisins

  • 15-20 almonds

  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut

Directions

    Mash Paneer with hands.

  • 02

    Make soft dough by kneading it continuously for 5-10 minutes with your palms.

    Add in sugar & cardamon powder. Mix all properly.

    Take some Paneer dough on palm & fill one raisin & 1/4 tsp of desiccated coconut.

    Make round balls.

  • 06

    Roll it in desiccated coconut.

  • 07

    Garnish with one Almond. Paneer laddoos are ready.Keep them in fridge for 1-2 hours before serving.
