Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 250 gm fresh paneer (cottage cheese)


  • 150 gm Powdered sugar


  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder


  • 15-20 raisins


  • 15-20 almonds


  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut

Directions

  • Mash Paneer with hands.
  • Make soft dough by kneading it continuously for 5-10 minutes with your palms.
  • Add in sugar & cardamon powder. Mix all properly.
  • Take some Paneer dough on palm & fill one raisin & 1/4 tsp of desiccated coconut.
  • Make round balls.
  • Roll it in desiccated coconut.
  • Garnish with one Almond. Paneer laddoos are ready.Keep them in fridge for 1-2 hours before serving.
