Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 250 grams potatoes


  • 1 cup cheakpea flour


  • 1/4 cup cornflour


  • 1/4 cup rice flour


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 1/4 teaspoon turmaric powder


  • 1/2 cup chopped coriender


  • 2 cup oil for fry


  • 2 tablespoon ketchup

Directions

  • Wash and remove the skin of potatoes
  • Cut it into french fries shape
  • In a mixing bowl add chickpea flour,turmeric,salt,cornflour,coriander,rice flour
  • Mix well
  • Add 1 cup water and make semi liquid consistency batter
  • Now add potatoes fingers in it and mix well
  • Heat the oil in pan and deep fry in 4_5 bunch of french fries till crispy
  • Serve with ketchup
