Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Mushrooms 250 gms ( Same sized / Medium size )

  • Oil - 1 TSP

  • 1/2 Onion finely chopped chopped

  • Garlic ( Chop ) - 1TSP

  • Broccoli finely chopped- 1 TBSP

  • Mushroom Stems finely chopped– 1 TBSP

  • Mozzarella cheese or chedar cheese( grated ) - 4 TBSP

  • Chopped Red Capsicum - 2 tbsp

  • Chopped Green Capsicum - 2 tbsp

  • Chopped parsley – 1 tbsp

  • Refined Flour - 45 gms

  • Salt - 1tsp

  • Bread Crumbs / Panko Crumbs - 500 gms

  • 1/4 TSP Black pepper powder

  • Oil for deep fry_1/2 litter

Directions

    Remove stems of Mushrooms and wash them

    For Filling : In a pan , add finely chopped garlic, onion , broccoli , red capsicum and sauté them . Add salt and black pepper powder. Add chopped parsley Mix well and remove n a bowl to cool.

    In this mixture add grated mozzarella cheese and mix well.

    For Batter : In a bowl add refined flour and water and make a mixture of it.

    Now, take the pr-prepared mixture and fill it into each mushroom cavity.

    Similarly, fill all mushrooms.

    Now take two filled mushrooms, combine them together with the filled cavities facing each other, and to secure the same, pass a toothpick through it.

    Now dip them into the batter.

  • 09

    Dip these mushrooms in batter & coat with bread crumbs.

    Deep fry these mushrooms in a wok with heated oil.

    Remove when golden brown and serve hot with tomato sauce .
