Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 6 whole Red Chillies

  • 2 tbsp coriander seeds

  • 2 tbsp fennel seeds

  • 2 tbsp jeera

  • 1½ tbsp mustard seeds

  • 2 tbsp fenugreek seeds

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 1 Capsicum

  • 1½ tsp Kalonji

  • 1 tsp hing powder

  • 1 tsp ginger paste

  • 1 tsp green chilli paste

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • 1tsp Kashmiri mirchi

  • 1 cup curd

  • 500 gram paneer

Directions

    Heat up a pan roast coriander seeds,fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds and whole Chillies.

    Now grind them in a mixer and keep this masala aside

    Grind tomatoes and capsicum together to make a paste

  • 04

    Now heat up a pan and put hing and kalongi in it then put ginger and chilli paste , turmeric powder, and red chilli powder. Saute it well

    now add tomato puree in it

    Add Achari masala in it saute for 5 minutes.

    now add curd in it and keep stirring for 5 minutes

    Now add cut pieces of paneer and mix well.

  • 09

    Decorated with coriander leaves and serve hot.
