Ingredients

  • Soaked gram 200 gram


  • Soaked porridge 100 gram


  • Chopped onion 2


  • chopped green chillies 2


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp jeera powder


  • 1 tsp chaat masala


  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves

Directions

  • grind the gram and the porridge in the mixer
  • Add all the dry masala and chillies in the mixture.
  • Heat up the pan and Fry the mixture using skoop to shape it around .
  • Fry until it becomes crispy and serve hot with the sauce or dip
