Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Soaked gram 200 gram

  • Soaked porridge 100 gram

  • Chopped onion 2

  • chopped green chillies 2

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp jeera powder

  • 1 tsp chaat masala

  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves

Directions

  • 01

    grind the gram and the porridge in the mixer

  • 02

    Add all the dry masala and chillies in the mixture.

  • 03

    Heat up the pan and Fry the mixture using skoop to shape it around .

  • 04

    Fry until it becomes crispy and serve hot with the sauce or dip
