  • Maize flour 1 cup Maida or wheat flour 1/2 cup Turmeric power 1/2 tsp. Caraway seeds 1/2 tsp. Salt as per taste Oil 1 tbsp. Lukewarm water Finely chopped Tomatos 2 Finely chopped Onion 1 Coriander 1 tbsp. Tomato Ketchup 1 tbsp. Paprika/Chill Flakes 1 tsp. Oregano 1/2 tsp. Salt as per taste


  • Take maize flour and wheat flour in mixing blow, add turmeric powder, caraway seeds, salt and oil. Mix it properly and knead slightly stiff dough using warm water. Take a ball from dough and roll a thin roti and cut into small triangles (like pizza) and fry. Nachos are ready. For salsa dip mix tomatoes, onion, coriander, salt, paprika, oregano and tomato ketchup in the mixing bowl. Salsa dip is ready. Serve it with salsa dip.
