Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 tsp yeast

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 1 tsp butter

  • 1 tbsp Oil for greasing

  • 6 pieces of cherry tomato

  • 6 olives

  • 6 cubes of green capsicum

  • 6 pieces of corn

  • 6 pieces of Basil leaves

  • 3 tbsp mozrella cheese

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 1 tsp flakes

    Take flour and salt in a bowl

    Add egg

    Make a well and add yeast and sugar

    Now mix all and make dough

    Knead it 7 min eith hands

    Add butter and some flour

    Add some oil on dough and keep aside

    Take dough and devide it in 6 parts

    Now grease plate and make balls of dough

    Take a glass and press in middle of ball

    Add cheese in middle

    And add one piece of everything in every ball and sprinkle flakes,oregano,pepper and salt

    Give egg bath and bake for 20 min.at 180 degree

    Garnish with basil

    Serve with sauce
