  • Green mung daal soaked for 5 hours 1 cup Paneer cut in small cubes 2cups Chopped onions 1 cup Chopped tomatoes 1 cup Corriander leaves 1 cup Curry leaves 5 no.s Ginger paste 1 tsp Green chilli paste 1 tsp Red chilli pwd 1 tsp Chaat masala 1 tsp

    In a mixer jar crush mung daal with ginger paste green chilli paste curry leaves using water, n make batter for cheela. Stuffing: In a pan take 2 tsp oil n add onions n saute till slightly colour change . Add tomatoes n saute till oil seperates. Add salt, red chilli pwd, chaat masala, corriander n paneer n mix properly ,stuffing is ready. Add salt to mung daal mixture n spread cheela on a tawa . Cook cheela on both sides n put stuffing on the cheela n roll it. Serve healthy cheela with tomato ketch up n green chutney.
