heat oil in a pan . add ginger garlic paste. saute for a min. add onion paste. cook till pinkish in colour. add tomato puree . cook till oil saperates.
add malai. mix well. add all dry spices. cook for a min. add paneer cubes, big pieces of capsicum and chopped onions . mix well . cover n cook for 2 mins. add kasoori methi powder. mix well. its done and garnish with some more of paneer. serve hot with tandoori/ plain roti.
