  • 2 tbsp haradhniya

  • 1/4 tsp hing

  • 1 pinch haldi

  • 1/2 tsp dhniya

  • 1 pinch garammasala

    Dal Ko 3/4 hour soak kr ke lehsun,hing,1 tsp jeera, haradhniya dal kr Bina Pani ke pisen.. Ata ka soft dough banayen. Dal me Pyaj kat kr milayen Pan me namak aur 1 tbsp oil dal kar Pani ubalne ke liye rkhen..ate ki badi se roti Belen.choti katori se choti choti roti kaat kar dal Ko bhar kar gujhiya ki tarah fold kren aur ubalte Pani me dal den..dhimi anch pr 30 mint k lagbhag pakayen..pani se nikaal kr piece me kaat Len. Pan me tel garam kren.bacha hua jeera , curry leaves kat kr dalen.haldi,dhaniya,garam masala dalen,kate hue fare dal kar fry kren jb tk SB masale mil n jayen.chatni sath serve kren.
