Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 4 medium sized boiled potatoes

  • 1 white bread

  • 1 tbs corn flour

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tbs coriander leaves chopped

  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala

  • 1/2 red chilly flakes

  • 1 medium sized onion

  • 150 ml oil for frying

    peel and grate potatoes

  • 02

    cut onion finely

  • 03

    put bread in a mixer and make a fine powder

  • 04

    now take a mixing bowl put potatoes, onion, and bread powder

  • 05

    now add in this salt, red chilly flakes, chaat masala and coriander leaves

    now add corn flour and mix everything and collect like a dough

    now take a plastic sheet grease with little oil

    put that potatoes mixture on that and roll with a rolling pin

  • 09

    roll slightly thick then take a knife cut in strips or any other shape as you wish

    put oil for frying in a pan and let it hot

  • 11

    now on full heat fry this potatoes finger turn it and fry from every side golden colour

  • 12

    when it is in golden colour remove it out and serve hot with tomato sauce
