Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 4 medium sized boiled potatoes


  • 1 white bread


  • 1 tbs corn flour


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 tbs coriander leaves chopped


  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala


  • 1/2 red chilly flakes


  • 1 medium sized onion


  • 150 ml oil for frying

Directions

  • peel and grate potatoes
  • cut onion finely
  • put bread in a mixer and make a fine powder
  • now take a mixing bowl put potatoes, onion, and bread powder
  • now add in this salt, red chilly flakes, chaat masala and coriander leaves
  • now add corn flour and mix everything and collect like a dough
  • now take a plastic sheet grease with little oil
  • put that potatoes mixture on that and roll with a rolling pin
  • roll slightly thick then take a knife cut in strips or any other shape as you wish
  • put oil for frying in a pan and let it hot
  • now on full heat fry this potatoes finger turn it and fry from every side golden colour
  • when it is in golden colour remove it out and serve hot with tomato sauce
