For Kachori dough : 10 Brown bread slices/crumbs
1/4 cup all purpose flour (maida)
3-4 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp salt or as per your taste
For filling : 1 cup Moong sprouts
1/2 cup paneer grated
1/4 cup spinach finely chopped (palak)
1 onion chopped
1/2 tsp Black pepper/red pepper
1 tsp Green chilies paste
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp tomato sauce
1 lemon juice
1 tsp salt or as per your taste
2 tsp oil
Add all ingredients of Kachori dough in a bowl. Mix well.
Add water or milk to knead soft dough. Keep rest for 15 minutes.
Add all ingredients of filling in a mixing bowl. Mix all properly.
Make lemon size balls of dough.
Flatten it with roller pin like puri. (if require use dry flour for rolling)
Fill 1 tsp filling. Seal it using water.
Form Kachori shape.
Grease baking tray with oil. Place Kachori in tray. Previous heat oven for 10 minutes. Bake them in at 180° for 20-25 minutes.
Transfer them in serving tray. Serve healthy Kachori with tomato sauce.
