In a pan heat oil on medium flame and fry paneer till golden in colour
Fry onion in the same oil
Now in a pan heat 2tbsp oil on medium flame. Add cumin seeds, black pepper and bay leaf.
When it starts crackle then add onion garlic paste.
Add chopped red and green chilli and mix it.
Add tomato paste. And mix it for few seconds.
Add all spices like coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt, Turmeric powder, kasuri methi and mix it. Cook it for 1 minute
Now add 1/2 cup water and let be simmer it for 3-5 minutes on low flame.
Add fresh cream and mix it.
Add 1/4 tsp cardamom powder.
Now add fried paneer and onion . and cook it for 5 minutes on low flame.
In last add green coriander and garam masala.
Enjoy Paneer do Pyaza with naan or plain roti.
