  • for outer shell-maize flour

  • Chopped methi 2tbsp

  • Oil 1tbsp and white till 1tsp

  • Salt as per taste or 1/2tsp

  • Red chilli powder 1/4tsp oil for deep frying

  • For filling-paneer 50g

  • Capsicum chopped 1

  • Onion chopped 1

  • Cheese grated 1 cube

  • Chilli sauce 1tsp

  • Soya sauce 1tsp

  • Salt 1/2tsp

  • Black pepper powder 1/2tsp

  • For salad-grated cucumber 2tbsp

  • Grated carrot 1

  • Lemon juice 1tsp

  • Salt 1/4tsp

    For outer shell-mix all ingredients of outer shell

    Make thick dough

  • 03

    Take little piece of dough make little puri first little dost both side on hot tawa

    Deep fry this puri

  • 05

    And curve this puri with rolling pin

    Make all shell like this

    Filling-take a pan add oil heat it

    Mix onion capsicum,carrot cook for 1 min

    Mix all ingredients of filling

    Add cheese

    Turn off gas

    For salad-mix all ingredients of salad

    Take 1 shell add filling and salad

    Garnish with tomato sauce
