  • 250 grams wheat flour

  • 250 grams butter

  • 155 grams sugar powder or icing sugar

  • 55 grams Vanilla custard powder

  • 2 tablespoon milk


  • Sift wheat flour, custard powder and icing sugar together.
  • Cream butter well
  • Add milk and cream together
  • Add the dry ingredients and gently mix
  • Do not knead. The dough has to be soft and can make a softball
  • Preheat oven to 180 degree centigrade
  • Make small balls out of the dough
  • Using fork gently press to get the impression on the dough
  • Bake for 15 minutes
  • when it is done,let it cool on a wire rack.
  • wheat custard cookies are ready. Store it in an airtight container.
