Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1.5 cup coriander leaves


  • 1 cup besan


  • 2 tbsp rice flour


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1 tsp seasme seeds


  • 1/4 tsp hing


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

Directions

  • Take besan in bowland adf rice flour
  • Add water and mix make a thick battar
  • Remove lumps
  • Heat oil in pan add rai and hing
  • Then add ginger garlic chilli paste
  • Saute them
  • And add coriander leaves
  • Mix all spices
  • Then add besan rice battar to it
  • Mix them and cook at low flame
  • When it leaves pan turn off gas
  • Grease a plate and transfer this in platepress it with spactula evenly
  • Let it set for 5 min.
  • Then cut in square pieces
  • Heat oil and fry them
  • Our crispy crunchy flavourful snack is ready
