Take besan in bowland adf rice flour
Add water and mix make a thick battar
Remove lumps
Heat oil in pan add rai and hing
Then add ginger garlic chilli paste
Saute them
And add coriander leaves
Mix all spices
Then add besan rice battar to it
Mix them and cook at low flame
When it leaves pan turn off gas
Grease a plate and transfer this in platepress it with spactula evenly
Let it set for 5 min.
Then cut in square pieces
Heat oil and fry them
Our crispy crunchy flavourful snack is ready
