Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cup tofu cut in cubes


  • 1 large onion


  • 7 cashews


  • 7 almonds


  • 2 tbsp soaked poppy seeds


  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 5 green chilli


  • 1/2 cup curd


  • 1 tsp salt or as per taste


  • 2 tspp pepper pppowder


  • 1 cup milk


  • 1 tsp saffron syrup


  • 1 tbsp kasoori methi


  • 1 tbsp ghee


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 2 cloves


  • 2 cardmon


  • 1 bayleaf


  • 1 chakri phool

Directions

  • Chop onion in big pieces
  • Add in mixi and make a paste
  • Make paste of kaju,almonds and poppy seeds also
  • Heat ghee in pan and add oil
  • Add jeera and bay leaf
  • Cloves,cardmon and chakri phool
  • When they splutter add ginger,garlic paste
  • Roast it and add onion paste
  • Cook it and add green chilli
  • Now add cashew almond paste and mix in onion paste
  • Cook it till 3-4 min.add curd
  • Stir regularly and mix
  • Add salt and pepper
  • Add milk and mix
  • Now add saffron mix it in gravy
  • Rub kasoori methi in palm and add
  • Finally add tofu cubes and cook in gravy for 3-4 min.
  • When boil come turn off gas
  • Serve hot with naan or roti
