Chop onion in big pieces
Add in mixi and make a paste
Make paste of kaju,almonds and poppy seeds also
Heat ghee in pan and add oil
Add jeera and bay leaf
Cloves,cardmon and chakri phool
When they splutter add ginger,garlic paste
Roast it and add onion paste
Cook it and add green chilli
Now add cashew almond paste and mix in onion paste
Cook it till 3-4 min.add curd
Stir regularly and mix
Add salt and pepper
Add milk and mix
Now add saffron mix it in gravy
Rub kasoori methi in palm and add
Finally add tofu cubes and cook in gravy for 3-4 min.
When boil come turn off gas
Serve hot with naan or roti
