Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Paneer 150gms

  • Capsicum 1

  • Carrot 1

  • Onion 1

  • Green chilli 1

  • Garlic pods 5

  • Tomato 1

  • Pepper powder 1/2 spoon

  • Chilly powder 1/2 spoon

  • Table salt 1 spoon

  • Garam masala 1/2 spoon

Directions

    Cut Onion, Carrot, Capsicum, coriander leaves and tomato into small pieces.

    Grate paneer.

  • 03

    Put a kadai on the stove.

  • 04

    When it is hot add garlic pods.

  • 05

    When its colour changes add onion, carrot , capsicum and Tomato one by one.

    Then add grated paneer, masala powders and salt.

    Saute, mix well everything for 3 minutes.

    Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

    Stuffing is ready now.

    Put this stuffing between 2 bread slices and keep them in the sandwich maker.

    Bake it until it is golden brown.

    Place this in a plate and serve hot with tomato sauce.
