Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Spinach 250g

  • Chhena 50g

  • Sugar 4tbsp

  • Chopped almond 8

  • Milk powder 2tbsp

  • Kesar 4 to5 thread

  • Milk 1cup

  • Ghee 1tbsp

  • Ilaychi 1

  • Decicated coconut 1/4cup

  • Tutty fruity 1tbsp for garnish

Directions

    First wash spinach and grind it

  • 02

    Heat pan add ghee and spinach paste and almond

  • 03

    Now contenue stir it on low flame mix milk powder

  • 04

    Niw mix sugar cook it till turn thick paste

  • 05

    Now turn off gas

  • 06

    Take other pan boil milk and ilaychi and chhena(paneer home made)

    Mix sugar ,kesar cook it till turn thick

    Turn off gas

    Take spinach pest on palm fill chhena make laddu

  • 10

    Cover with decicated coconut

  • 11

    Serve it its healthy and yummy
