Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 1 capsicum chopped


  • 4 tomato blanched and pureed


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 packet Smith and Jones pasta masala


  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce

Directions

  • Mix oil and salt in flour and knead a soft dough
  • Cover it and let it rest for 5 minutes
  • After 5 min take out dough and knead it again make small size of balls from it and spread flour over it so that they do not stick with each other
  • Take new comb and put on ball on its bristles press with your thumb and slide it an impression is made on it
  • Make all the balls like this and dust it with flour
  • Boil water in a deep utensil and drizzle some oil in it put 1/2 spoon salt in it and let it boil
  • As water start boiling add pasta in it and let it cook
  • Strain it and put cold water on it and drizzle some oil on it
  • Heat oil in a wok and onion in it fry it till translucent than add capsicum
  • Add tomato puree in it and let it boil
  • Now add boiled pasta, tomato sauce, pasta masala and salt in it and mix it nicely
  • Enjoy it while hot
