Sieve all purpose flour with baking powder
Cream vanilla essence ,salt and butter well
Rub butter in all purpose flour and mix into smooth workable dough.
Roll into 1/4 inch thick sheet on the dusted board.
Using a coconut tree cookie cutter cut into desired shapes and place it on a greased tray.
Preheat the oven.
Bake at 375 degree Fahrenheit for 15 minutes
After baking,let it cool on a wire rack.
Garnish it with green colour gel like coconuts and place some cherries
