Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 finely chopped onion


  • 12 cashew nuts


  • 1/4 cup fresh cream


  • 1/2 spoon ginger garlic paste


  • 200 gram cubed paneer


  • 1.5 spoon chilly powder


  • 1/2 spoon garam masala


  • 3 spoon ghee


  • 1 spoon kasuri methi


  • 2 spoon oil


  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander for garnish


  • 4 medium sized tomatoblanched and pureed


  • 1 spoon salt

Directions

  • fry onion salt in oil till golden brown
  • add gingergarlic paste, paneer cubes and saute
  • add chilly powder , garam masala
  • add tomato puree, cashew/cream paste
  • add kasurimethi and ghee
  • dishout and garnish
  • goes well with indian breads and all types of rice
