Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp dry instant yeast

  • 200 gram boiled potatoes

  • 1/4 tsp red chilly powder

  • 1/4 tsp garam massla

  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder

  • 4 tbs butter

  • 1/4 tsp salt or as per your taste

  • 1 tbs coriander leaves chopped

  • 1/2 tsp dhaniya powder

Directions

    take a mixing bowl put all purpose flour, sugar, salt as per taste and dry instant yeast

    mix everything together use water and make a soft sticky dough

    use 3 tbs butter and mash the dough at least 10 minutes and make a shiny smooth dough

    take a bowl grease with oil put the dough in this bowl

    cover it and keep a hot place for 45 minutes

    now mash potatoes mix all the masala salt, red chili powder, amchoor powder, cumin powder, garam masala, dhaniya powder, coriander leaves

    mix all. masala with potatoes very well

    now after 45 minutes the dough will be double so now remove the dough from bowl

    use some dry flour and punch the dough very well all air should go out

    again knead the dough for 3 minutes

    then make balls like chapati size with this dough

    take a balls roll thin and big like chapati

    now take a big spoon potato filling and keep in the middle of the chapati

    now very carefully pull the chapati up and the part you put filling hold in your one hand

    and with the help of second hand turn the part and make a potli

    now the extra part of chapati fold down side of the potli

  • 17

    make or The potli like that

  • 18

    preheat the oven @200 degree

  • 19

    apply butter to all potli then bake for 20 minutes @ 200 degree
