Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 1 1/2 cups All purpose flour


  • 1 teaspoon baking powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder


  • 1 teaspoon oregano


  • 1/2 teaspoon all purpose seasoning


  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli flakes


  • 1/2 cup grated cheese, cheddar or mozzarella


  • 4-5 tablespoons thick curd


  • 1 cup milk or as required


  • 1/8 cup tomato sauce


  • 1/8 cup fried mushrooms


  • 1/8 cup boiled corn


  • 1/8 cup boiled green peas


  • 1/4 cup chopped capsicum


  • 1/8 cup Deseeded, chopped tomatoes


  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Directions

  • Sift flour, Salt, pepper powder, baking powder and soda. preheat oven @180C.
  • To flour add seasonings, oregano and other herbs of your choice and mix.
  • In a large bowl add Oil, curd, grated cheese, vegetables and milk. Whisk everything well.
  • Add dry mixture to the wet mixture in 2-3 portions and mix.
  • Pour batter in an 12×5 inch loaf tin, already greased and lined with parchment paper
  • Tap the tin to even the batter.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 12-15min or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  • Let the tin cool for 5 minutes.
  • Remove the bread from tin. Slice and serve warm with tea or coffee. Best to carry as snacks tiffin box for kids schools
  • I also baked some in muffin form.
