Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1/2spoon pepper corn powder

  • 3 cups chopped palak

  • 5 green chillies

  • 1 spoon fennel

  • 1/2 litre milk

  • 1/2 spoon salt

  • 1/2 spoon nutmeg powder

  • 200 gram white paneer

  • 1 spoon lemon juice

  • 2 spoon chat masala

  • 1/2 spoon red chilly powder

  • 4 spoon oil for shalow frying

  • 1/4 spoon turmeric

Directions

    blanch three cups of palak alongwith

  • 02

    salt and turmeric. Grind palak, green chillies

  • 03

    and pepper powder into a fine paste.

  • 04

    Boil 1/2 litre milk add salt to taste

  • 05

    and nutmeg powder. Add ground palak

  • 06

    and lemon juice. Milk curdles. strain through

  • 07

    a thin cloth and keep under pressure for

  • 08

    20 minutes. cut into sticks and shallow fry

  • 09

    sprinkle pepper powder, salt, chat masala
