Ingredients

  • Drumstick 3


  • Potato 3


  • Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon


  • Bread crumbs 1/2 cup


  • Chopped coriander leaf 1tbspn


  • Salt - 1 tsp


  • Oil - 1 cup

Directions

  • Boil potatoes peel of the skin and mash it well.
  • Chop drumstick into small pieces and boil it well. Then open each pieces and scoop out the pulp to a bowl.
  • In a bowl take drumstick pulp, potatoes, Ginger garlic paste, Salt, coriander leaf, bread crumbs and mix everything very well.
  • Then take out a ball From the dough and shape it length wise like fingers and roll it in the bread crumbs and refrigerate it for 15 mins.
  • Heat oil in a Kadai and fry these fingers till golden brown and serve with tomato ketchup.
