Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1. 50gm paneer


  • 2. 3 tbsp butter


  • 3. 1 cup milk


  • 4. 1 cup all purpose flour


  • 5. ½ tsp salt


  • 6. ¼ tsp baking soda


  • 7. 2 cup pure ghee for frying

Directions

  • Firstly grate the paneer
  • In a bowl add all ingredients mix well and knead a soft dough.
  • Rest for 15 minutes.
  • Now roll as thin as possible.
  • Cut the small squares.
  • In a wok add ghee heat it up.
  • Fry the cheeslings on low flame.
  • Fry until crispy and golden brown.
  • Remove from ghee.
  • Our cheeslings are ready.
