In a bowl take Ragi flour rice flour wheat flour salt and chilly powder mix it well and add enough water and make a soft chapati dough.
then take small balls from the dough and roll it out into chapatis and make holes using a fork evenly over the chapati.

now take oil in a Kadai and heat it on a Stove top. once the oil is heated drop in the cut natchos and fry till golden brown and then remove it to a tissue paper.
take the capsicum wash it well and wipe it well then apply oil All Around The capsicum and cook it directly on stop top till the skin shrunkens.
take a Kadai and add butter heat it and then at chopped onions and garlic and fry well.
then add capsicum walnut and fry well.
allow everything too cool and then take this contents to mixie jar add in some oil and grind it to a fine paste and then serve with the nachos.
