Ingredients

  • Vermicelli 1 cup


  • Paneer 100 grams


  • Salt 1 tablespoon


  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon


  • Onion 1


  • Tomato 1


  • Curry leaves 1 tablespoon


  • Coriander leaves 1 tablespoon


  • Chili powder 1 tablespoon


  • Cinnamon 1


  • Fennel seeds 1 tablespoon


  • Cardamon 2


  • C l o v e s 2


  • Grated carrot 1


  • Garam Masala 1 table

Directions

  • in a pan add vermicelli and dry roast it for 2 to 3 minutes and keep it aside
  • Heat oil in a pan add fennel seeds cinnamon c l o v e s cardamon and chopped onion and cook for one minute
  • Add grated carrot chopped tomato ginger garlic paste and cook for one more minute
  • Add chili powder Garam Masala biryani masala and mix well
  • Add salt paneer and cook for one minute
  • Add one and half cup water and allow to boil it
  • Add roasted vermicelli and cook for two to three minutes
  • Add curry leaves coriander leaves and mix well
