  • Mozzarella cheese(keep it at room temperature) 1/2 cups

  • Onions medium sized or big one (do not go for small onions) 2 nos

  • All purpose flour 2-3 tbsp

  • Cornflour 1 tsp

  • Bread crumbs( for coating) 1/2 cups

  • Chili flakes - 1 tsp

  • Salt as per taste 1 pinch

  • Oil for frying 1 cups

    First take the onions and slice them in thick form.

    Now make a batter in a bowl by adding APF Cornflour powder salt chili flakes and add little water to give it a paste form (not too thick neither watery)

    After that take a pan and heat it with oil for frying your rings. Then the tricky part comes to fill the onions.

    Take mozzarella and cut it in thin long slices and fill them in the onions by taking the onions rings out.

    After filling it rearrange the rings and try to combine it together.

    Then take the rings and dip them in the maida paste and then coat it with bread crumbs.

    Deep fry it and flip them till they turn crispy and golden in color.

    Take them out put it on an absorbent paper and enjoy it with ketchup :-)
