Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 big carrot

  • 1 small capsicum

  • 250 gram boiled potatoes

  • 1 small onion

  • 1/2 tsp salt or as per your taste

  • 1/2 tsp red chilly flakes

  • 1 tsp chaat masala

  • 4 tbs bread crumbs

  • 250 ml oil for frying

  • 2 tbs corn flour

  • 6 tbs water

Directions

    peel potatoes and carrot and grated

  • 02

    cut capsicum and onion finely

  • 03

    take a mixing bowl put potatoes, carrot, capsicum and onion

  • 04

    add salt, red chilly powder, chaat masala

  • 05

    now mix everything very well

  • 06

    now take small small portions in your hand and give shape of bullets

    now take a bowl put corn flour and add 6 tablespoon water and make a thin paste

    and take a another plate put bread crumbs in it

  • 09

    now first roll your bullets in corn flour then roll this bullets in bread crumbs

    make all the bullets like that and keep the bullets in freeze for 30 minutes

    now take pan for frying add oil for frying let it hot

  • 12

    now fry the bullets on medium heat until golden brown colour
