  • paneer 200 grams

  • capsicum medium size 1

  • deseeded tomato 1

  • 1 medium size onion cut into cubes

  • 6 garlic cloves

  • 4 green chilli

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 teaspoon kasuri methi

  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder

  • 1/2 spoon Garam Masala

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 1 teaspoon jeera


  • heat kadai, add oil into that once oil gets heated add jeera after its splutters add finely chopped garlic and kasuri methi
  • then add slit green chilli, onion, tomato ,capsicum ,stir for a minute
  • now add turmeric powder ,red chilli powder ,Garam Masala
  • cook for a minute or till the Rawsmell goes off
  • now add salt and then add panner and stir gently
  • cook for 30 seconds and Sprinkle coriander leaves and few kasuri Methi and serve hot with chapati
