Ingredients
Serves 4
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
4 Potatoes
2 sweet potatoes
2 carrots
1 beetroot
2 tsp vinegar
2 tsp tomato sauce
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp chilli sauce
1/2 litre cooking oil
1/2 bowl Onion paste
1 cup Bread powder
2 chillies
1 capsicum
Directions
First vegetables are taken and are boiled in salt water
After vegetables are boiled ,they are taken and peeled off
Now these vegetables are smashed
In the smashed paste, those ingredients are added
Ingredients like salt,sugar,vinegar,sauces,garlic paste, are added
Now after mixing up everything,these vegetables are made like balls
In a pan,oil is poured amd heated
These carbo balls are lastly mixed in the bread powder and kept aside
Now these carbo balls are fried deeply in the oil
After fried,these are taken and served with tomato and chilli sauces
Heres the tasty tasty carbo root cutlets
