Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 200 gram paneer


  • 1/2 cup doodh


  • 1/2 Cup fresh dahi


  • 1/2 tspoon garam masala powder


  • 1 tspoon kali mirch( kuti hui)


  • 1 table spoon butter


  • Salt 2 taste


  • 2 medium size pyaz


  • 1/2 cup kaju (bhige hue)


  • 5 cloves lahsun


  • 1 inch adrak

Directions

  • Paneer ko bade tukdo me kat le.
  • Doodh aur dahi mo mix karke fet le.
  • Pyaz,kaju,adrak aur lahsun ko mixer jar me dale aur pis ke smooth paste bana le.
  • Kadahi me butter ko garm kare.
  • Pyaz ka paste dale aur medium flame per 2-3 minute lagatar chalate hue bhun le.
  • Dahi, garam masala,kali mirch aur salt dal kar medium flame per phir se 2-3 minute bhun le.
  • Paneer ke tukdo ko dale aur halke se chalate hue milaye.
  • Dhimi aanch per grevy ko 1 minute paka le.
  • Gas band kare aur 2 minute ke liye kadahi ko dhak de.
  • Bowl me nikal ker kati hui dhania patti,kali mirch powder aur paneer ke tukdo se garnish kare.
  • Naan ya lachha paratha ke sath serve kare
