take a mixing bowl put all purpose flour, 1 tbs oil, salt to taste and ajwain
mix everything and use water and make a little hard dough and keep 30 minutes for resting
now for preparing filling take a pan put 1/2 tbs oil on low heat
now put besan and cook for 5 minutes then add garam masala and red chilly powder dhaniya powder and coriander leaves and green chilly
cook everything for 2 more minutes
then add mashed potatoes and salt mix everything and off heat let it cook down
now make small small balls with dough
take a ball roll with rolling pin very thin in long shape
then take a knife make 3 cuts in center cuts should be on equal gap and take care no need to cut from up and down only in center
then take potatoes filling and make a long ball with that
then keep this filling in center of cutting part then roll it
fold from both side like toffee
make all the toffee like that
take a pan put oil for frying fry toffees on medium heat until golden brown serve with your choice of sauce
