Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 2 cup moong dal


  • 1 cup spinach


  • 3 green chilly


  • 1 inch ginger


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste


  • For tempering _2 tablespoon oil


  • 1/4 teaspoon asafetida


  • 1 teaspoon sesmee seeds


  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds


  • 2 tablespoon chopped corriender


  • 1 tablespoon regular green chutny for serving

Directions

  • Soak the moong dal for 3 hours
  • Then drain water and grind a smooth paste with,salt,ginger,chilly,garlic,and spinach
  • Then cover it for 5 hours for fermentation
  • Then pore this better in greased plate and steam in steamer for 15 min.
  • Then heat the oil in tadka pan add mustard,sesmee,asafetida and pore this on dhokla
  • Then cut into any shape and serve with green chutny
