Soak the moong dal for 3 hours
Then drain water and grind a smooth paste with,salt,ginger,chilly,garlic,and spinach
Then cover it for 5 hours for fermentation
Then pore this better in greased plate and steam in steamer for 15 min.
Then heat the oil in tadka pan add mustard,sesmee,asafetida and pore this on dhokla
Then cut into any shape and serve with green chutny
