Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 15 pani puri


  • 3/4 cup besan (gram flour)


  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  • 1/2 tsp ajwain (oregano seeds)


  • 1/2+1/3 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1 tbs chopped coriander leaves


  • 4 boiled potatoes


  • 1/2 liter oil for frying

Directions

  • peel and mash potatoes add salt to taste
  • add red chilly powder and coriander leaves mix it well
  • now take a mixing bowl put besan in that
  • add 1/2 tsp red chilly powder and salt to taste and ajwain in besan
  • now mix everything add little little water and make a thick paste
  • now take a frying pan put oil for frying let it hot
  • now make hole in every Pani puri
  • fill potatoes in Pani puri make them full with potatoes
  • now coated Pani puri in besan paste and fry on medium heat till golden brown colour
  • stir continue serving with any sauce
