peel and mash potatoes add salt to taste
add red chilly powder and coriander leaves mix it well
now take a mixing bowl put besan in that
add 1/2 tsp red chilly powder and salt to taste and ajwain in besan
now mix everything add little little water and make a thick paste
now take a frying pan put oil for frying let it hot
now make hole in every Pani puri
fill potatoes in Pani puri make them full with potatoes
now coated Pani puri in besan paste and fry on medium heat till golden brown colour
stir continue serving with any sauce
