Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • Paneer cubes - 100 g


  • Oil - 2 tsp


  • Onion - 1 (finely chopped)


  • Tomato - 1 (finely chopped)


  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp


  • Garlic pods - 3 (finely chopped)


  • SCHZEWAN sauce - 3 tbsp


  • Dosa batter - 2 cups

Directions

  • For the filliing - Add oil in a pan, add finely chopped onion to it and saute well
  • After onions turn golden brown, add chopped garlic pods and saute well
  • Add chopped tomatoes to it and saute well
  • Add salt and pepper powder to it
  • Add the SCHZEWAN sauce to it and saute nicely
  • Make dosa in dosa tawa, add the filling
  • Drizzle oil over it and fold the dosa
  • Flip the dosa and serve hot
  • Yummy SCHZEWAN PANEER DOSA is ready to serve
