Procedure of Green chutney
Add all the ingridents toa blender jar.Make the fine and thick paste by adding 1tspof water to it and blend it to smooth paste.
Add sugar , salt, green Chilli and lemon juice suit to your taste.
Preparation of stuffing -
Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl nicely
Now cut paneer slice in rectangular shape.
Place your fry paneer ,once heated toast all planner slices with little oil and toast it till turn into light golden.
Keep it aside and let it cool.
Once cool, apply green chutney on one slice of paneer.
On top of that stuff the filling.
Add little more green chutney and close it with one more slice of paneer.
