Ingredients

  • Paneer 1 cup


  • Peas 1 cup


  • Fennel seeds : 1/2 spoon


  • cinnamon 1


  • Oil 2 tsp


  • Coriander leaves 1 spoon


  • Tomato 1


  • ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon


  • Salt 1 tablespoon


  • Red chilli powder 3/4 tablespoon


  • Garam Masala 1/2 tablespoon


  • Grated coconut 4 tablespoon


  • cumin seeds 1/2 tablespoon


  • onion 1

Directions

  • 1. Soak the green peas for 6 hours and pressure cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame and keep aside
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan ad fennel seeds, cinnamon, Chopped onion and saute it for one minute
  • 3. Add ginger garlic paste and saute it
  • 4. Add chopped tomato salt and saute it for 2 minute
  • 5. Red chilli powder Garam Masala and saute it for 30 seconds
  • 6. Add cooked peas, paneer and required water and cover with lid cook for 3 - 5 min
  • 7. Add coconut paste and cook 2 more minutes
  • 8. add fresh cream if needed
  • 8. Add coriander leaves and switch off the flame
