Wash the button mushrooms in running water
Drain the water completely and slit each into 2 halves
Add Maida, corn flour, rice flour, chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste and mix well
Add salt and food colour and mix well
Sprinkle some water and mix well so that all mushrooms get coated well
Deep fry in hot oil in medium flame
Fry till it turns crispy
Now protein rich mushroom fry or mushroom 65 is ready to serve
