Ingredients

Serves : 15
  • Boiled chickpeas - 1/2 cup


  • Boiled potato (big) - 1


  • Boiled veggies (carrot, beans) - 1/4 cup


  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp


  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp


  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp


  • Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp


  • Garam masala powder - 1 tsp


  • Green chillies - 2


  • Salt - 1 tsp


  • Bread crumbs - 1 cup


  • Maida - 2 tbsp


  • Water - 2 tbsp


  • Oil - 3 tbsp

Directions

  • Take boiled chickpeas and potato in a bowl and mash them well
  • Add the boiled veggies to it
  • Add chilli and coriander powder
  • Add ginger garlic paste to it
  • Add garam masala and salt to it
  • Add chopped green chillies to it and mix well
  • Make small cutlets out of it
  • Take a bowl, add Maida and add water to make a paste
  • Dip the cutlets to the Maida paste and then COAT them well with bread crumbs
  • Heat a pan, add oil and shallow fry the cutlets in a medium flame
  • Now crispy, Tasty and healthy protein bites ready to serve
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce
