Take boiled chickpeas and potato in a bowl and mash them well
Add the boiled veggies to it
Add chilli and coriander powder
Add ginger garlic paste to it
Add garam masala and salt to it
Add chopped green chillies to it and mix well
Make small cutlets out of it
Take a bowl, add Maida and add water to make a paste
Dip the cutlets to the Maida paste and then COAT them well with bread crumbs
Heat a pan, add oil and shallow fry the cutlets in a medium flame
Now crispy, Tasty and healthy protein bites ready to serve
Serve hot with tomato sauce
