DHABA STYLE PANEER GRAVY

Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Paneer - 200 g

  • Tomato puree from 3 tomatoes

  • Oil - 2 tbsp

  • Chilli powder - 2 tbsp

  • Coriander powder - 3 tbsp

  • Garam masala powder - 2 tsp

  • Butter - 2 tbsp

  • Milk - 1/4 cup

  • Salt - 2 tsp

  • Sugar - 1 tsp

Directions

    In a pan, add oil and saute the cubed paneer pieces

  • 02

    Add the chilli powder, coriander powder and saute well

  • 03

    Add garam masala powder to it and saute well till raw smell of the spice powders goes off

  • 04

    Add tomato puree and mix well

  • 05

    Add milk to it and let it boil

  • 06

    Add salt and let it boil

  • 07

    Add sugar to balance the taste

  • 08

    Add 1/4 cup of chopped coriander leaves to it

  • 09

    Add butter to it

  • 10

    Garnish with some cream
