Ingredients

  • 1 cup paneer cubes 1 small capsicum finely chopped 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder


  • 1/2 chopped spring onion 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste or you can use finely chopped ginger garlic 1 teaspoon red Chili sauce 2 teaspoon soya sauce 2 teaspoon tomato sauce 1/4 Cup finely chopped carrot 1/4 teaspoon Salt or as per taste 1 cup Refined oil or as required 2 tablespoon maida (all purpose flour) 1 spoon corn flour

Directions

  • Take paneer cubes in a bowl to that add 1/4 teaspoon ginger garlic paste a Pinch of salt and A Pinch of black pepper powder and keep aside for at least 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Makes corn flour, all purpose flour, ginger garlic paste small portion, A Pinch of salt and A Pinch of black pepper powder and make a paste of it
  • Heat oil in a pan. Deep paneer in a paste make sure to cook paneer nicely and fry Till they are golden brown. Fry all paneer cubes in a same way and keep it aside.
  • In a pan heat oil and add chopped onions stir fry onions on the medium flame until they become golden brown in colour add ginger garlic paste to and mix them.
  • Add capsicum and software for a few minutes once done add carrots too stir fry for few minutes
  • Add soya sauce tomato sauce red chili sauce in a pan along with water steer and Seema for another few minutes
  • meanwhile prepare a thick cornstarch mixture by adding water in it at the corn starch mixture to t thicken the sauce
  • Now add fried paneer salt black pepper powder stairwell and Seema for a few minutes
  • When paneer manchurian thickens turn off the flame and Garnish it with green spring onions.
