Firstly take a bowl add boiled corns in it.
Now add cornflour powder,all purpose flour and some salt in the boiled corns.
Mix the powder and corns together.
Coat the corns properly Take a wok add oil for deep frying the corns.
Heat the oil.
Add the coated corns in the hot oil in batches.
When the corns will start changing its color,it means they are done.
Now put the fried corns on an absorbent paper.
Do the same process with the remaining corns.
Now take again a small wok add 2 tsp oil.
Heat it up.
Add sliced onions and capsicum in it.
Now add salt,green chilies,red chili powder and dry mango powder.
Stir it gently.
After that when the onions and capsicum turns little crispy ,slow down the flame and add tomato ketchup.pepper powder and chili garlic sauce.
Stir it for 2 minutes and switch off the flame.
Take the fried corns and mix them in the wok.
Sprinkle coriander and some raw onions on the corns.
Garnish it with lemon wedges. Enjoy your Chili Corn Chaat at home.
