In a bowl mix hung curd and all the dry spices.
Add oil and salt to it.
Dice paneer and add it to the above marinade.
Add peppers, onions and tomatoes to the marinade.
Marinate it for 20 minutes.
Now take a squer or tooth pick. Put peppers, paneer, cheese and onions all together in it.
Remember stuff cheese between two paneer peices.
Now bake it for 15 minutes or until golden brown. ( Temp 200 degree)
Or you can shallow fry it on tawa or even you can use griller.
Hide n seek tikka is ready to serve.
