Boil all veggies n keep to cool
In pan put oil n butter n add zeera, raie, onion's, green chilies n saute it
Add tomatoes n dry masala n water n when it leaves oil add pavbhaji masala n boiled veggies n mash it nicely keep fr 5 min n done garnish with coriander leaves
Cut pav n dip in milk spread bhaji in it n make ball's
Again dip in milk n roll in breadcrumbs n deep fry them till golden brown color
